PLAY DANCE
  • Tu-tu Dance for 2's, Fairytale Dance, Expressercise, Pre-Ballet, and Pre-Jazz are a series of distinctive creative movement classes created by Ms. Banke for different age groups (2-6).
  • These programs were the foundation for DS1's young children's programs for many years and easily adapted to other venues and studios.
Academic Programs
D.S.1 conducted various exams and/or evaluations in addition to the many performance opportunities through the years. Ms. Banke created "D.S.1 Evaluation Programs" in collaboration with D.S.1's staff each year. They were tailored to the D.S.1 students but can be modified and used in any dance program. There are currently seven different levels.
